About the Course

This course introduces the fundamental concepts of web design and development. It begins with the basics of the Internet and the World Wide Web, followed by an introduction to HTML—the standard language used to create and structure web pages. Students will learn to work with essential HTML elements such as text, lists, tables, images, links, and forms. The module also covers Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), which are used to control the presentation, layout, and visual style of web pages. Finally, learners explore the basics of web publishing, including creating, organizing, and hosting a website. This section provides a strong foundation for understanding how modern websites are built and deployed.
